From streamlining event planning processes to adopting cutting-edge digital tools, we’ve continuously evolved to meet the needs of a fast-changing world. Over the years, our commitment to innovation has allowed us to deliver more personalized recommendations, smoother logistics, and seamless communication - ensuring every event is exceptional. 

GDA Client Portal

At GDA Speakers, we adopted a custom software solution that gives both our speakers and our clients portal access. This system is designed with the goal of complete transparency and making our client the hero. By giving clients exclusive access to information at their fingertips 24/7. Unlike our public website, the client portal provides a wider selection of speakers not featured on our public site as well as speaker fee information needed to prepare for meeting with your C-Suite or key decision makers.

Providing the ability to log in at our clients’ convenience, the portal offers their organization’s entire booking history with GDA along with downloadable copies of contracts, invoices, and a myriad of other tools. One of our clients described this tool as their "brain trust."

Event Logistics Access

The newest edition to our tech arsenal, the client portal now allows our clients to easily access and update their event logistics in real time. Created as a way for us to better partner together with our valued clients by fostering collaboration and efficiency, this update streamlines the logistics process by eliminating back-and-forth emails on changes to logistics.

GDA Speaker Portal

From the decision-making process to the big day of their event, we understand the importance of clients having speaker information that is accurate and up-to-date. Similar to the client portal, speakers can easily update their speaking content in real-time to feed directly into the client portal including videos, keynote descriptions, bios, headshots, podcasts, and social media links. It also includes a comprehensive view of their past GDA engagements, event summaries, and pending payments.
