Rachel Druckenmiller helps leaders and organizations unlock what their most capable people are holding back, so they come alive at work. Bio
For nearly 20 years, Rachel Druckenmiller has been helping leaders and their teams come alive at work by doing the inside work first because we can only take people as far as we have gone ourselves.
A TEDx speaker and founder of UNMUTED™, Rachel has been recognized by Forbes, Smart Meetings, Workforce Magazine, and the Wellness Council of America — which named her the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. Her work helps leaders build the self-trust, clarity, and courage to stop holding back and start making the impact they're capable of.
Rachel spent the first dozen years of her career on the inside of organizations as Director of Wellbeing and Employee Engagement at one of the nation's largest employee benefits consulting firms, partnering with HR leaders and executive teams at organizations including Deloitte, Citizens Bank, and Sherwin-Williams. She knows what it looks like when capable people go quiet, check out, or run on empty — because she lived it herself when she burned out and was blindsided by a pickup truck.
Today Rachel helps leaders and teams move from self-doubt to self-trust, from hesitation to contribution, and from going through the motions to showing up fully. Her work gives people the clarity to see what's been holding them back, the courage to stop waiting for permission, and the inner foundation to lead through disruption rather than just survive it. Teams become more engaged and more connected to why their work matters. Leaders become the kind that people remember and stay and whose names they remember.
Rachel holds a master’s degree in health science, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association — the highest credential in professional speaking. A singer-songwriter, Rachel's message-driven music inspires people to believe in themselves, rise from adversity, and be reminded that they are Somebody who matters.

UNMUTED: Unleash Clarity, Confidence & Contribution to Amplify Your Impact
There's a difference between being capable and believing you're capable. The gap between those two things is where most of us get stuck.
Some of the most talented people in any organization aren't struggling because of a lack of skill or talent. They're struggling because they stopped trusting themselves. They're sitting on ideas they don't share, strengths they can't quite see in themselves, and contributions they keep talking themselves out of. The culprits aren't laziness or apathy. They're fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism, and they're quietly costing your organization more than you realize in the way of innovation, growth and performance.
Using her signature VOICE Method, Rachel guides audiences through five stages: identifying the Void (what's holding them back), stepping into the Opportunity (shifting fears into goals), Illuminating their strengths, activating the Catalyst (the internal spark that shifts hesitation into action), and finally the Expression, the brave step that unmutes them so they have greater impact and influence. This is where the inside work begins.
EVERYONE IN ATTENDANCE WILL:
- Pinpoint the specific fear, self-doubt, or pattern of perfectionism that's been quietly holding them back
- Discover why the most capable people are often blind to their own brilliance and what to do about it
- Learn why borrowed belief and “accepting the invitation” might be the most underrated tool for building lasting confidence
- Walk away with the clarity and conviction to stop waiting for permission and start owning their contribution
