Bio

For nearly 20 years, Rachel Druckenmiller has been helping leaders and their teams come alive at work by doing the inside work first because we can only take people as far as we have gone ourselves.

A TEDx speaker and founder of UNMUTED™, Rachel has been recognized by Forbes, Smart Meetings, Workforce Magazine, and the Wellness Council of America — which named her the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. Her work helps leaders build the self-trust, clarity, and courage to stop holding back and start making the impact they're capable of.

Rachel spent the first dozen years of her career on the inside of organizations as Director of Wellbeing and Employee Engagement at one of the nation's largest employee benefits consulting firms, partnering with HR leaders and executive teams at organizations including Deloitte, Citizens Bank, and Sherwin-Williams. She knows what it looks like when capable people go quiet, check out, or run on empty — because she lived it herself when she burned out and was blindsided by a pickup truck.

Today Rachel helps leaders and teams move from self-doubt to self-trust, from hesitation to contribution, and from going through the motions to showing up fully. Her work gives people the clarity to see what's been holding them back, the courage to stop waiting for permission, and the inner foundation to lead through disruption rather than just survive it. Teams become more engaged and more connected to why their work matters. Leaders become the kind that people remember and stay and whose names they remember.

Rachel holds a master’s degree in health science, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association — the highest credential in professional speaking. A singer-songwriter, Rachel's message-driven music inspires people to believe in themselves, rise from adversity, and be reminded that they are Somebody who matters.
