In an era where 73% of organizations are bracing for major technology-driven disruption, 61% of leaders feeling unprepared to navigate the growing complexity, 62% reportedly disengaged, and nearly half the workforce running on fumes—these aren’t just statistics; they’re warning signs. Our current approaches are leaving untapped collective potential, depleted talent, and a version of high performance that may be achievable in sprints but not sustainable over time.
As the Founder and Chief Vitality Officer at BrainAMPED, a leadership research firm, Sara Ross believes there’s a better way: what she calls the LeadFULL™ way—a human-centered, vitality-fueling approach to leadership that helps both people and performance thrive.

FULL CHANGE: Transforming Change into Future-Ready Growth
What if we stop focusing on everything that is changing around us and start focusing on who we can grow into because of it?
In this energizing and perspective-shifting keynote, Sara Ross identifies one of the biggest barriers to growing through change, what she calls the Brain's Doom Scroll Cycle. Like doom scrolling on our phones, the brain’s default negativity mode locks us into a cycle where stress compounds, reactivity takes over, and the emotional and mental load grows heavier with every loop. The longer we stay in the cycle, the narrower our world becomes, shrinking the very capacity we all need to navigate today’s challenges and seize tomorrow’s opportunities.
This keynote is highly interactive and great for mixed audiences. Grounded in her Lead Full™ approach, guided by data and over a decade of coaching leaders through change, Sara shows why the solution isn’t to bounce back better; it’s to use a mindset of possibility to deliberately break out of the cycle faster. This is how we shift from managing change to powering everyday growth that lights people up, builds future-ready resilience, and fuels people forward.
