Brent and Kyle Pease are the groundbreaking brother duo behind some of the most inspiring moments in endurance sports. As co-founders of The Kyle Pease Foundation (KPF), they have spent over a decade advancing inclusion; on race courses, in workplaces, and in communities across the country.

In 2018, the Pease brothers made history as the first push-assist brother team to complete the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. But their journey did not start, or end, there. Together, they have raced in more than 100 events, turning heads and hearts with every finish line crossed. Their story is one of grit, connection, and an unshakable belief that inclusion is not just possible… It is powerful.

Born with Cerebral palsy, Kyle Pease has redefined what it means to live beyond limits. With hundreds of races to his name, Kyle’s infectious spirit and resilience have inspired audiences around the world. While working full-time as KPF’s Chief Inspirational Officer, he works closely with athletes, donors, and partners to further the Foundation’s impact. Kyle holds a degree in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University and also works part-time with Publix, where he continues to live out the values he speaks about: connection, visibility, and purpose.

Brent Pease, a seasoned endurance athlete and coach, is the Executive Director of KPF. Since launching his multisport career in 2007, Brent has completed over 125 races, including six IRONMAN triathlons with Kyle. His leadership has been the driving force behind KPF’s signature programs, including adaptive sports initiatives, inclusive employment, and educational outreach that shifts the national conversation around disability. Brent is a graduate of Florida State University and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Together, Brent and Kyle have helped raise more than $12 million, supported hundreds of athletes with disabilities, and sparked a movement toward a more inclusive future.

BRENT PEASE

Brent Pease is an IRONMAN triathlete, endurance coach, and the Executive Director of The Kyle Pease Foundation (KPF); a nonprofit committed to improving the lives of people with disabilities through sports and beyond.

As one-half of the historic push-assist brother duo that completed the 2018 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Brent has raced side-by-side with his brother Kyle in over 100 events, including six IRONMAN finishes together. Their powerful story of perseverance, resilience, and brotherhood has inspired audiences nationwide, from corporate leaders and educators to healthcare professionals and sports communities.

An accomplished athlete in his own right, Brent began his multisport journey in 2007 and has since completed a dozen IRONMAN races, as well as numerous IRONMAN 70.3 and Olympic distance triathlons. He is also a dedicated coach with Dynamo Multisport, where he trains athletes of all levels in pursuit of their own finish lines.

Brent’s influence goes far beyond the race course. Through his leadership at KPF, he champions adaptive athletics, inclusive hiring, and disability awareness initiatives that are reshaping how companies and communities approach access and equity. His work with KPF’s Inclusive Employment Program and national advocacy efforts has made a lasting impact on countless lives.

Brent is a graduate of Florida State University and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

KYLE PEASE

Kyle Pease is a six-time IRONMAN finisher including two IRONMAN World Championships, acclaimed author, and one of the nation’s most inspiring voices for disability inclusion. Born with Cerebral palsy, Kyle has spent his life proving that physical limitations are no match for passion, perseverance, and purpose. As part of the historic push-assist duo with his brother Brent, Kyle became the first athlete with Cerebral Palsy to complete the demanding IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii; a feat that captured hearts across the world.

With hundreds endurance races to his name, Kyle shares his powerful story to shift perceptions, break down barriers, and empower individuals of all abilities to chase their dreams. His message resonates deeply with corporate leaders, athletes, educators, and advocates alike, reminding audiences that when there is a wheel, there is a way.

In 2011, Kyle co-founded The Kyle Pease Foundation (KPF) with Brent Pease to make sports and society more inclusive for individuals with disabilities. Since then, KPF has supported hundreds of athletes across the country and raised over $12 million in support of inclusive employment, adaptive equipment, educational outreach, and scholarship opportunities.

As the Foundation’s Director of Inclusion, Kyle plays a hands-on role in mentoring athletes, connecting with donors and corporate partners, and advancing the Foundation’s mission to create a more inclusive world, on and beyond the race course.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University and is passionate about helping others realize their full potential, no matter the obstacles in their path.

Local author Kyle Pease to speak at MJCCA Book Festival

The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta has announced the lineup for its 28th annual Book Festival. “Included in our exciting lineup are some of Atlanta's best local authors presenting their work,” Book Festival Co-Chair Susie Hyman said. “Additionally, I am thrilled that we will bring back our ‘In Conversation' interviews between authors and local journalists; as well as various events with book clubs from throughout the city.”
