Eric Boles Former NFL Wide Receiver, Authority on Leadership, Managing Change, Cultural Transformation and Peak Performance
Eric Boles is the president and founder of The Game Changers Inc., a leadership development firm located in Lakewood, WA. He is the author of several executive and emerging leadership development programs that are used across the globe and have been translated into seven different languages. He is also an executive advisor, coach, and trainer. Through assessment, consulting, coaching and corporate training, The Game Changers Inc. has set a new standared for helping organizations enhance their culture and develop higher levels of committment and performance.
Eric is also a highly acclaimed keynote speaker. Eric shares his inspiring and challenging insights and strategies with thousands around the world each year. He has recently worked with some of the most recognized and respected organizations in the world such as Motorola, Nordstrom, Nationwide Financial, Dunkin Brands, Michelin Tires, Bell Canada, Verizon Wireless, TD Ameritrade, Aviva, Swiss Re, John Deere, Novo Nordisk, Starbucks, Fluor, USAA and Alaska Airlines. Eric speaks to a wide variety of audiences including those in leadership and sales as well as those in financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, education and professional associations.
Prior to becoming and authority on Leading and Managing Change, Cultural Transformation, Peak Performance and Teamwork, Eric played in the National Football League with the New York Jets and Green Bay Packers where he was introduced to many of the concepts of high performance and group dynamics that he shares today. He was fortunate to be coached and to play with some of the finest in professional football such as Pete Carroll, Brett Farve, Reggie White and Mike Holmgren along with many other great players and coaches.
Eric is an avid sports fan, reader and golfer. He and his wife of over twenty years, Cyndy, have two teenage daughters, Taylor and Madison.
