While the content is custom-built around each group's specific needs and objectives, the core of the program is anchored in the concept of collaboration.

The events of 2020 temporarily eliminated the possibility of delivering live public events. Rising to these challenging circumstances, Maestro Nierenberg and his team have evolved and expanded The Music Paradigm’s offerings to support continued learning, while protecting the safety of audiences.

Through a fully virtual platform, The Music Paradigm now offers interactive learning sessions. Each session, conducted by Maestro Nierenberg, features a live presentation with videos of pivotal exchanges with professional orchestras, and includes open, two-way engagement with your online attendees.

Through this hybrid approach, merging live engagement and recorded supporting vignettes, The Music Paradigm delivers transformational leadership lessons aimed at instilling higher aspirations and improved engagement across audiences. Each session incorporates self-learning tools to help convert the concepts raised into action.

Every Music Paradigm session is designed around each client’s key business and cultural drivers. As a result, no two sessions are ever the same.

Through consultations with your organization’s leaders, and a detailed debrief of the live session, the key areas most important to supporting your organization’s objectives are identified and discussed. Each of the three online learning modules is then designed to bring to life one of those key leadership areas within the unique framework of The Music Paradigm. The Strategic Sessions program has been shown to:• Inspire a more empowering work environment• Create space for responsible risk-taking• Allow your leaders the opportunity to revisit their own leadership experiences and approaches in a safe, non-threatening creative environment• Promote more active participation within your organization• Enable teams to support each other in encouraging this newly realized approach to leadership The Approach:• The program is divided into three 75 to 90 minute sessions/modules, delivered monthly, over three successive months• Delivered online
• Content will be designed specifically for your organization, based on your initial (in-person) session with the orchestra. Each Strategic Session module will build upon the
previous module(s).• Cohort size: 8-15 people is ideal (some flexibility is possible, pending circumstances)• Each module focuses on a key topic, with interactions designed to keep all participants actively engaging with each other throughout. Practical applications are discussed and every module ends with an opportunity to put the day’s content into practice.
For each Strategic Session delivery, The Music Paradigm provides the facilitator, a tech support staff member, and the secure online platform. It is recommended that the client provide one staff member who can attend all three modules to assist with coordination, take notes, and provide any general support that might be needed.
