Mike Evans recently presented his talk “Thrive in the New World of Work” at the 2022 Florida Health Information Management Association. As a meeting planner, it is always very helpful to have a speaker who is very communicative on the front end, making sure we have all we need for their presentation and taking the time to learn about our group. Mike and his team were very helpful in the planning of his opening keynote address. Mike also showed up early for our AV check the morning of, and it's always helpful to have a prompt and prepared speaker. It saves us planners a lot of stress and worry! Our audience also found Mike's presentation style very engaging with lots of great takeaways. As the Conference Planning Chair and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA), I can tell you that you were one of the best and most dynamic keynote speakers we have ever had. The Speaker Evaluations were reviewed and to my knowledge, we have never had a speaker get a 100% score, until your talk – all “6 out of 6” on the ratings. Very relevant topics kept the audience talking about “disruption”, in the hallways, exhibit halls and reception.

I first met Mike at an industry event in Florida. I was so moved by his presentation that afterwards I shook his hand and told him that he just changed my life forever. About a month later I invited him to make a similar presentation for our company during our annual Christmas luncheon. Mike presented to over 225 guests and that were engaged and motivated. The next day he made a full day presentation to 40 of our managers and sales team. Our team is still talking about the event and quoting lines from his book.
His unique insights have positively affected me, both personally and professionally.
