During his impressive decades-long business career as an entrepreneur and senior executive in multinational firms, Felipe Gomez was obsessed with their virtuosity and believed business could learn great lessons about elevating individual and team performance by embracing the habits of elite performers in music.

In 2014, Felipe combined his business experience with his lifelong passion for music and his belief that everyone is capable of great things. He created a one-of-a-kind multi-media keynote experience for audiences that blends breathtaking live piano performance with video, images, and audience interaction. The serious message lands solidly – delivered with unforgettable humor, storytelling, and practical business insights.

Before pursuing speaking full-time, Felipe spent more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and business leader. He built companies, launched new ventures, led multicultural teams, and guided organizations through growth, innovation, and change. As managing director of Compass Group Colombia, he tripled the division's revenue and increased operating profits by 130 percent. He later served as Innovation and International Business Development Director for Latin America, led the successful launch of Farmacity in Colombia, and co-founded Azurian, one of Latin America's pioneering internet consulting firms.

That real-world leadership experience gives Felipe a perspective few keynote speakers possess. Whether speaking to executives, sales teams, healthcare professionals, educators, or entrepreneurs, he understands the realities leaders face and translates timeless principles into practical strategies that resonate long after the event ends.

Felipe has been featured at TED, the Global Peter Drucker Forum, the Oslo Business Forum, the World Business Forum, and countless corporate and association events worldwide. Remarkably, his speaking career has grown almost entirely through reputation, referrals, and repeat engagements – a testament to the lasting impact of his keynote experiences.

Beyond the stage, Felipe is the author of two books on exceptional performance, Attitude e and Bitacora De Una Pandemia En Quince Conversaciones and the founder of Allegro, a nonprofit organization that brings live therapeutic music to hospital intensive care units, delivery rooms, cancer treatment centers, and other healthcare settings. His work reflects a lifelong belief that beauty, compassion, and human connection have the power to transform lives.

Felipe holds an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland and has completed executive studies in Leading Digital Business Transformation. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Pilar, where they are raising four children who remind them every day that the greatest lessons in leadership are learned not only in business, but in life.
