Julia Landauer is a two-time champion racecar driver, motivational keynote speaker, and entrepreneur. From breaking records on the track to inspiring audiences worldwide, Julia harnesses lessons from the high-speed world of motorsports to deliver actionable strategies for leadership, resilience, and innovation.

A New York City native, Julia made history at age 14 as the first and youngest female champion of the Skip Barber Racing Series. Her career has spanned many racing series, including becoming the first woman to win a NASCAR Track Championship at Motor Mile Speedway, competing in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, and setting a record-breaking 5th-place finish in the NASCAR Euro Series—the highest for an American in the series. She most recently raced part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Beyond the track, Julia’s expertise extends into business strategy and storytelling. A Stanford University graduate with a degree in Science, Technology, and Society, she launched her motivational speaking career with a TEDx Talk and has since worked with Fortune 500 companies, universities, and conferences worldwide. She was also on the TV show SURVIVOR, was a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and has worked with brands to create hosted video content. Her insights bridge the worlds of racing, technology, and community, offering fresh perspectives on high-performance leadership.

Julia also founded FrontRunner, a boutique advisory and coaching firm, and hosts her podcast, If I'm Honest with Julia Landauer. Today, she’s a member of NASCAR's Strategy & Innovation team, helping shape the future of the sport.
