Erica Orange CO-FOUNDER OF WAKE THE FUTURE, TECH FUTURIST WITH A HUMAN EDGE

If AI can access any fact instantly, analyze data faster than any human, and optimize decisions at scale, what's left for us? Curiosity. Intuition. Discernment. Imagination. Lived experience. As AI accelerates what's possible, organizations are caught between a world being created and the

outdated mindsets they're still defending. This keynote shows leaders how to navigate that gap by cultivating Agency and Identity (A+I) – reclaiming independent judgment and cognitive sovereignty in a world designed to outsource both.

What You'll Learn:

• How to unlearn industrial-era assumptions that limit human potential
• Leading through inquiry when “having all the answers" is no longer enough
• Protecting cognitive sovereignty: thinking for yourself in a machine-driven world
• Why tolerating ambiguity is now a core competency
• Building organizations defined by identity, judgment, and wisdom – not just output

How to Build the Thinking to Let Go, Adapt, and Thrive in Today’s Chaotic Times

Much of what leaders rely on today (how we work, measure success, make decisions, and even define ourselves) was built for a world that no longer exists. This isn’t just about learning more; it’s about unlearning the assumptions, habits, and routines that anchor us to the past. This requires challenging core thinking, leaving past assumptions behind, and approaching the ways in which we see the world and our organizations in a new light.

What You’ll Learn:

• Why the knowledge that got you here can become the biggest obstacle to what comes next
• How certainty becomes a leadership liability during massive change
• The “forgetting habits” and mindset shifts to future-proof you and your thinking

Building Credibility in a World Where Seeing Is No Longer Believing

Deepfakes, AI-generated content, and rampant misinformation are eroding the line between what is real, fake, true and false. At the same time, trust has never been more critical to enterprise success. Leaders now face an impossible challenge: building credibility when even what you see, hear, or read can’t be fully trusted. This keynote explores the Trust Paradox – how to cultivate authenticity, reinforce human judgment, and make trust a defining advantage in an era where proof can be manufactured in seconds.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to define authenticity, and identify risk, in a world of AI-generated content.
• How to lead when your team can’t tell what’s real and build internal trust when external
• signals are compromised.
• Why human judgment is the last reliable signal, and how to make it a core competitive asset.
