Bio

Before Danny Goldberg ever spoke about high-performing teams, he had to build one.

By his early twenties, Danny was running a global manufacturing agency out of Hong Kong, serving brands like Peloton, Traeger, and Gravity Blankets. Leading a remote, multigenerational team across cultures and time zones forced him to lead differently and left him obsessed with one question: What creates a high-performing team?

Over time, Danny and his team grew the business to eight figures.

After leaving the business, he spent years researching that question and interviewing hundreds of executives, managers, and frontline employees.

Today, Danny’s keynotes combine firsthand operating experience, storytelling, and practical ideas to help organizations build stronger leaders, retain great people, and create higher-performing teams.

STATE of HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS: Q1 2026

This report is based on patterns that showed up repeatedly across 100+ diagnostic interviews with leaders, executives, HR professionals, and frontline managers, along with a review of the most relevant workplace research available including findings from Gallup, Gartner, Deloitte, Quantum Workplace, Workhuman, and DHR Global. These are not predictions. They are repeated signals. When the same gap appears across different companies, industries, and leadership levels, it is no longer a coincidence. It is a condition.
