"When I began my MMA career I fought for me. I fought to win. I fought to become a champion. But each time my arm was raised in victory, it felt hollow. It lacked true meaning. I wondered, ‘Is this it?’
It wasn’t until a collection of my life’s challenges led me to one of the most remote places on earth, to live among some of the most impoverished and marginalized people on the planet, that I found purpose. It was there that I began to understand the tools, tactics and techniques I needed to turn that purpose into peak performance, to navigate any adversity. This has led to my greatest impact on both others, and myself. This is what I want to share with your audience. How to find true, meaningful purpose in your own life, and use that purpose to overcome any challenge, to improve performance, to create lasting impact."
