Natsuyo Lipschutz is a Japanese–English bilingual keynote speaker, cross-cultural team communication strategist, and competitive ballroom Latin dancer known as “The Culture Choreographer.” She helps diverse team leaders transform cultural differences into high-performance collaboration through her signature concept, The Culture of One™—the belief that true connection begins by understanding the individual beyond cultural labels.

The first Japanese professional to earn the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association, Natsuyo is recognized globally for her ability to turn complex cultural dynamics into practical leadership strategies. A TEDx speaker, TEDx speaker coach, and five-time Toastmasters International speech contest champion in New York City, she captivates audiences with a rare blend of strategic insight, storytelling, and stage presence.

Drawing on an international career spanning ITOCHU International and McKinsey & Company, Natsuyo combines global business insight with Japanese philosophy and lessons from competitive ballroom Latin dance. In her dynamic keynotes, she often illustrates how leadership, trust, and communication resemble a dance—requiring awareness, responsiveness, and the ability to read subtle cues beyond words.

Natsuyo is also an accomplished author. She co-authored The Success Blueprint with world-renowned business consultant Brian Tracy and is the author of several influential books on communication and storytelling, including 20字に削ぎ落とせ (“Say It in 20 Words”) and ストーリーに落とし込め (“Motivate with Your Own Story”). Her English book, Uncover Your Message: The 3-Step Process for Presenting Your Ideas Effectively and Persuasively, Globally and Locally, was published by Routledge in 2024.

Today, Natsuyo is the managing principal of ASPIRE Intelligence, a strategy consulting firm, and the founder of Breakthrough Speaking, where she works with global organizations and leaders to elevate cross-cultural communication, facilitation, and leadership presence.

She currently serves as a board member of the CSP Committee and Global Task Force at the National Speakers Association, and previously served as a board director of the National Speakers Association New York City chapter.

Outside the stage, Natsuyo is a competitive ballroom Latin dance national finalist, a proud mother of a teenage daughter who is a competitive figure skater, and a breast cancer survivor. Her life and work reflect a simple but powerful philosophy: when we move beyond assumptions and truly see the individual, differences stop dividing us—and start moving us forward.
