Molly Kawahata is an award-winning speaker, strategist, podcaster, founder of Systemic Impact Strategies, and former advisor in the Obama White House. Molly specializes in the Science of Hope – a cognitive tool that can be trained, measured, and used to navigate high-stakes stress, counter systemic burnout, elevate performance, and deepen engagement. Dubbed the “hope whisperer,” her life story was depicted in Patagonia’s award-winning film THE SCALE OF HOPE, which chronicles her ice climbing pursuits in Alaska, her lifelong mental health struggle, and her mission to reshape societal narratives.
