Michelle was exactly what we were looking for to help bring our Lexus Eastern and Lexus Southern Area offices together for our first ever Virtual Women in Leadership conference. We wanted to continue our emphasis as a whole on diversity & inclusion, broaden our mindset and actions, and really continue to provide a support network between the two closest Lexus Area Women Leaders. Michelle helped us leverage our authentic selves to connect with others for self-growth, continuous improvement and confidence. I attended one of Michelle's talks and truthfully it was life-changing. Her advice and story have given me a whole different outlook on how interactions with people matter and how to grow my career as a young woman. Her energy is contagious and I would highly recommend anyone who has not listened to her message to do so as soon as they can!

Michelle presented a workshop entitled "The Most Important Ingredient to Successful Leadership" to our Harvard Business School Women's Association group in NY. Her presentation focused on the core skills necessary to be a successful leader in a complex and ever-changing business environment. What I loved about the whole discussion was that each concept was presented in the form of a well-thought-out framework—something that was memorable and easy to follow. This was a zoom presentation and I found that Michelle's ability to punctuate each point with an organized thought process and numerous examples, made it easy to follow and stay actively engaged—no small feat during a virtual presentation! Our members enjoyed it as it prompted lots of great thought and discussion. I highly recommend Michelle for highly interactive and engaging workshops and presentations about leadership. Michelle is an all-star!
