Bio
Loyal Pyczynski is a technology leader, world-class athlete, and author. A former executive at Walt Disney Imagineering and Meta, Loyal advises global organizations on navigating the high-stakes intersection of innovation and authentic human performance. He helps leaders and teams dismantle the inertia of imposter syndrome to unlock peak productivity and sustainable, inspired leadership.
Loyal brings over two decades of experience at the leading edge of innovation. As the Vice President of R&D at Walt Disney Imagineering, he pioneered world-first immersive experiences, including the first autonomous drone light shows and the debut of autonomous robots designed to interact directly with guests—earning a prestigious THEA Award for his team’s work on Stuntronics. Most recently, as the Head of Metaverse Emerging Tech within Meta’s Reality Labs, he led the development of AI and VR technologies designed to touch billions of users worldwide.
His insights on leadership and resilience are forged in the world’s most demanding environments. A World Champion athlete, he has competed at the world championship level for both long distance and short distance triathlon, winning his division at the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. He has been recognized as Employee of the Year by Rockwell Collins and featured in Careers & the Disabled magazine for his career-long commitment to excellence.
Loyal has delivered high-impact sessions for some of the world’s most influential organizations, including Boeing, Intel, the US Army, the US Navy, Rockwell Collins, IAAPA, and the Orlando Tech Summit. He translates the complexity of innovating global technology into clear, actionable roadmaps for personal and professional mastery.
He is the co-author, alongside his wife Amanda Pyczynski, of the forthcoming book, Being Loyal: A Memoir of Difference and Becoming—a powerful chronicle of moving beyond perceived deficits to embody true power.
Loyal is based in Orlando, Florida, where he lives with his wife and their four children.
