Bio

Jennifer Moss is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker, award-winning journalist, and leading voice on workplace culture, burnout, and the future of leadership.

She is the author of three influential books on leadership and well-being. Her first book, Unlocking Happiness at Work (2015), made the business case for prioritizing employee well-being. Her second book, The Burnout Epidemic, published by Harvard Business Press, was named one of Thinkers50’s 10 Best New Management Books and reframed burnout as a systemic leadership challenge rather than an individual failing. It remains a foundational resource for organizations navigating chronic stress and cultural fatigue.

In 2025, Jennifer expanded the conversation with her third book, Why Are We Here, also published by Harvard Business Press, exploring purpose, meaning, and the human experience at work. Her work has been included twice in the Outstanding Works of Literature for Leadership and Culture, recognizing its enduring impact on modern management thinking.

In 2026, Jennifer received the prestigious Golden Gavel Award from Toastmasters International, joining past recipients such as Zig Ziglar and Tony Robbins. The award honors individuals whose communication has made a lasting global impact.

A regular contributor to Harvard Business Review and Society for Human Resource Management, Jennifer bridges research and real-world leadership. Her keynotes combine evidence-based insight with practical application, equipping leaders to build cultures that sustain performance without sacrificing well-being.
