On January 7, 2026, our Sales and Catering leaders experienced the Performance Mindset Shift, from our keynote speaker, ProActivate Founder and Chairwoman, Jamie Crosbie. This event was a celebration of 2025, and a way to kickoff 2026, to reach even higher. Jamie's keynote session started with her personal story of overcoming challenges. Then, she got all of the participants on their feet and reach as high as they could with arms extended – a few moments later, she asked them to try to reach even higher! Everyone realized they had more to give! Since her presentation, I hear her voice in my head as I approach every day! Whether increasing my workout goals, or finding ways to increase connections with our people through learning. Her message resonates with me and so many other hearts and souls she touched during our sales and catering event. I had the chance to hear Jamie Crosbie at our company sales kick off. Jamie captured the audience immediately and delivered a very interesting speech about the mindset shift. This idea that all we do isn't just skills and knowledge, it is quite often the fruit of a strong mindset, the will of going to battle every single day. Enjoyed that! During the afternoon workshop we were all invited to think deeply about our own professional and personal situations and the reason behind some of our behaviors. I must say that at the time, because of the professional environment, it was difficult for me to participate seriously. But I took away the material and the questions to ask myself in a more quiet place. Work in progress! I was glad to meet Jamie at our closing party and see that behind the strong woman that shows up on stage is also a fun and open person, ready to celebrate with us.
