After a busy day of intense learning, Greg was just what the doctor ordered for the participants at our conference - a humorous look at ourselves and our challenges. Greg was well-prepared; he spent time learning about the audience to customize his presentation - he knew about our products, our agenda, and the professionals within healthcare strategy and market development. His presentation "hit home" to the audience, the laughter never seemed to stop.

Greg has this amazing way of doing a quick download with IBMers prior to the event (even the morning-of or during breaks) and delivering the message in a humorous way that makes sense to both the techy and non-techy people in the group. His personality and enthusiasm is contagious and people can't help but stop, listen, engage, learn, and laugh
You would have thought that Greg was an employee. He had obviously researched this group over and beyond what was provided him. He was able to expertly pinpoint the corporate culture of the organization as well as the personal traits of the attendees. He had developed a strong understanding of their industry including current and future trends
