He is a coach and advisor specialized in using OKR to help organizations shift from projects to outcomes.

Since 2014, he has trained and coached thousands of individuals around the world in how to use OKR effectively and focus on outcomes.

Felipe has led workshops for companies such as Adobe, Expedia, Target, and The Home Depot.
