Erin Coupe is an international keynote speaker, advisor, founder and CEO of Authentically EC, podcast host, and bestselling author of I Can Fit That In, recognized by J.P. Morgan as a 2026 NextList honoree for her perspective on the future of leadership and performance.

Through her work at Authentically EC, she advises organizations on leadership effectiveness, sustainable performance, and modern workplace culture. Her work is centered on a question facing leaders everywhere: how do we sustain high performance in a world that continually demands more?
