Still thinking about the incredible keynote we had at SRCUS ( Southeastern Regional Credit Union School) this week by Donnie Campbell ?? Before his session, a few of us actually had the chance to chat with him without even realizing he was the keynote speaker! He was so full of energy, fun, and completely engaging that we walked away thinking, we can't wait to hear this guy speak. And he did not disappoint. Often described as the real-life inspiration behind Ted Lasso, Donnie brought humor, authenticity, and a powerful message that really stuck with me, especially since he's one of my favorite characters ever! His focus on discovering your “MVP” — your Mission, Values, and Principles was a great reminder that strong leadership starts from within. When you're clear on your MVP, you not only elevate your own potential, you create an environment where your team can truly thrive. And kudos for being a high school basketball coach for so long???? He had the whole room laughing one minute and reflecting the next… and that balance is something not every speaker can pull off.
