Of all my years in Corporate America I have never been more impressed with a special guest speaker. When he stepped up in front of a room of clients and it was nothing short of impressive. Seriously, the best presentation I've seen in a very long time. People were on their edges of their seats the entire time as he brought us through waves of emotions, belly laughs, and he gave us all an intense internal call to be an American worth fighting for.
Phillip kept the audience captivated with his SEAL Team stories and explained how their training, tools, and preparation led them to success. Phillip explained how even though we are not in the same situations as the SEALs, our attendees could also be successful by implementing the same mindset and processes. Phillip did a great job holding the audience's attention. I believe it really helped motivate them to be better at their jobs.
