Local river legend gets name on new tow boat
KWQC, August 2016: A Quad City native who has dedicated his life to cleaning up America’s waterways is being honored with a tow boat named after him. Chad Pregracke is the founder of the organization, Living Lands and Waters. Every year, staff and volunteers clean debris and garbage from rivers across the country.
